Kisco is actively seeking growth opportunities in the senior housing industry. Our focus is on independent and assisted living properties and CCRC’s. We will also consider development sites that would enable us to build a campus style project encompassing independent living and assisted living. Joint venture opportunities with home builders, large land owners, and health care providers are of interest.
Properties must be of a standard in which we would feel comfortable if our family members moved in. We will only consider properties in locations with excellent demographics, high barriers to entry and attractive architectural design and construction. Minimum property size of 150 apartments or more built after 1985, with a residential atmosphere and apartment style apartments, (not small rooms in an institutional environment). We prefer properties with apartment sizes greater than 400 square feet.
We are eager to hear from principals or their representatives about properties that meet these criteria. We promise complete confidentiality, and a fast answer as to whether or not we are interested. We also require an offering price. We don’t want to waste our time, or that of the seller, even preliminarily, about a transaction when price is unknown.
