Kisco Senior Living is in the planning stage for a new mixed use community on a prime 142 acre site at 5300 High Point Road in Greensboro, North Carolina. The centerpiece of this new community will be a full continuum senior living campus built around three historic buildings which housed the original Pilot Life Insurance headquarters called The Pilot at Sedgefield. The property, which includes a lake, mature trees and gently rolling terrain is directly adjacent to historic Sedgefield Country Club which is the site of the PGA Tour Wyndham Championship.
The Pilot at Sedgefield will include single level garden homes and cottages as well as spacious apartment residences adjacent to the restored Pilot buildings. The campus will also include assisted living and nursing care. Later phases may include additional types of housing as well as retail services and community uses. The new campus will provide future residents with a variety of lifestyles and living environments that embody The Art of Living WellSM, Kisco’s award winning, multi-dimensional approach to whole person wellness.
