Woodland Terrace is a beautiful place with a manmade lake on 22 acres with walking trails, mature trees and meticulously landscaped grounds, but the amenities and materials are not what makes us a community…the people are.

The term community means to “share an environment”, and share we do. Woodland Terrace is a place where our residents and their families are encouraged to be a part of making it the best community possible. By sharing their ideas and passions with us we can strive to improve our dining program, social activities, wellness classes and all the small and large details of daily life.
