Villa de San Antonio Wellness Calendar

Villa de San Antonio is filled with a wide array of activities to keep residents happy, healthy and active. Ever wonder what a typical day would look like here? Well, it's completely up to the residents; they play a huge role in shaping our community into a fulfilling and engaged environment. From exercise class, brain games and scenic drives to bingo, shopping, water aerobics class and balance class, there is always a wide variety of programs to keep our residents engaged. Many of our programs and groups are led by residents including the men and women's poker groups, choir group and quilting club. We also have a state-of-the-art fitness center to help individuals keep in tip-top shape during their retirement years. Our one-of-a-kind exercise program speaks to the emotional, intellectual, spiritual, physical, social and vocational elements of the human experience. Residents remain vibrant by teaching classes, continuing to give back through supporting local non-profits and thriving in a community of like-minded individuals. Young at Heart Dance:  Sunday, February 12 | 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Mix and mingle with friends old and new at the Young at Heart Dance hosted by Villa de San Antonio. Enjoy a fun-filled evening as we treat you to refreshing cocktails, delicious appetizers and live music. Listen and dance the night away to music performed in the soulful style of Frank Sinatra and other favorites. We hope to see you there! Space is limited, will you join us?
