Kisco Senior Living Closes Escrow on Byron Park, Its 20th Community Nationwide

(Carlsbad, CA) June 29, 2012 -- KSL Byron Park LP, an affiliate of national owner and operator Kisco Senior Living, announced it closed escrow on the purchase of Byron Park a senior living community located at 1700 Tice Valley Boulevard, Walnut Creek, CA. Byron Park, located in the East Bay area of San Francisco has 108 independent living apartments and 77 assisted living apartments.

According to Andy Kohlberg, President and Founder of Kisco Senior Living, "We are well-established in the state of California where we currently own and operate nine other senior living communities from San Rafael to San Diego. We look forward to bringing the exemplary service of our Kisco communities to all the residents and associates of Byron Park."

Kisco Leadership Services team members will set out on a discovery process with the existing residents and associates at Byron Park during the next few weeks. "We feel it is very important to listen to the residents' preferences as well as understand their desires for the future," says Kohlberg.
