Amy ParkDirector of Learning & Development
Amy Joined Kisco in 2012 after 15+ years as a Learning & Development professional in the telecom, technology, consulting, and dining industries. The senior living industry captured Amy’s heart early on in her career with Kisco. “Helping people solve problems in the real world” is a core focus for Amy in her role of learning, development, and associate engagement areas of the business. When asked what it is about Kisco that keeps her going, she reports that the ‘Fostering a Learning Environment’ and ‘Continuous Improvement’ are her two favorite Kisco PVBs (Principles, Values, and Beliefs) as they relate to her both personally and professionally, and where she feels she truly makes a difference through her projects and work with others. As a fan of lifelong learning, Amy holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California Irvine, a Masters Degree in Educational Technology from San Diego State University, and is a Certified Professional in Talent Development from the Associate of Talent Development (ATD). In her off-time Amy spends as much time as possible with her family, including her beloved Shiba Inu dogs, enjoying the benefits of her native-born San Diego environment.
