STEPHEN PRATT
Stephen serves as Senior Executive Director, bringing nearly two decades of experience in the senior living sector. A Southern California native, he began his career in 2006 has held just about every line staff position before moving into management across nearly every department in senior living. This progressive, hands-on background has provided him with a comprehensive operational and leadership foundation at the executive level.
Stephen holds a Master of Arts in Senior Living Hospitality from the University of Southern California and a Master Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University. He also holds a Nursing Home Administrator license in Colorado, reflecting his commitment to regulatory excellence, resident-centered care, and ongoing professional development. Stephen is dedicated to operational quality, team development, and mentoring professionals within the senior living field.
