Residents & Families: On May 20th, Governor Roy Cooper announced the state will progress into Phase II. Phase II will begin at 5:00pm on Friday, May 22, 2020 and remains in place until June 26, 2020, unless changed or cancelled. This order lifts the statewide Stay-at-Home Order and moves the state to a Safer-At-Home recommendation.
