Craig Taylor serves as General Counsel and leads enterprise risk management for Kisco and its managed communities. An experienced transactional lawyer, he works closely with Kisco’s acquisitions and development teams to bring new communities into the Kisco portfolio. Mr. Taylor also coordinates financing transactions and works closely with lenders and loan servicers.
Mr. Taylor’s legal career has focused on the senior living, multifamily, and entrepreneurial investment sectors. He was formerly a partner with Carruthers & Roth, P.A. in Greensboro, North Carolina, where his practice involved acquisitions, divestitures, and financing transactions of all sizes, with a special emphasis on senior living communities and other commercial real estate. He served on the Board of Governors of the North Carolina Bar Association, and was recently President of Preservation Greensboro, Inc. Mr. Taylor is a lifelong resident of North Carolina, with undergraduate and law degrees from Wake Forest University.
