Kevin feels blessed to have worked in the health care, hospitality, and administration fields for over 25 years. Although he was worked as a regional director, executive director, and in a variety of positions in operations, his core expertise has always been food and beverage.
With eight years of experience in administrative and customer service roles within the healthcare industry, Michelle brings her passion for people and strategy. She is responsible for recruiting, training, payroll, benefits administration, and associate relations. As an advocate for associates, she ensures they receive resources necessary to succeed so they can provide unbeatable service to residents, families and team members.
Fidel is responsible for the development and implementation of wellness Programing for the entire community. He and his department embrace Kisco’s The Art of Living Well® philosophy by focusing on the six dimensions of wellness.
Maria joined Kisco in 2002 as a customer service representative and performed various front-line roles before her promotion to environmental services director. This led to her becoming Kisco’s first support services director overseeing resident relations and environmental services at Bridgepoint at Los Altos.
With more than eight years of customer service experience, Ashley enjoys her role as Resident Relations Manager. She focuses on providing excellent “WOW service” to all visitors, welcoming new residents and their families to the community, while embracing Kisco’s Principles, Values, and Beliefs.
