Emerald Court Helps Makes the Season Bright for Two Families Through Adopt-a-Family Project

(Anaheim, CA) – December 22, 2014 – This holiday season, Emerald Court, a Kisco Senior Living community, raised and donated a total of $1750 to two families through the City of Anaheim’s Holiday Adopt-a-Family Project. This is the community’s second year participating in the program that provides holiday cheer and encouragement to Anaheim families who have demonstrated initiative to improve their lives and the lives of each family member.

In addition to the money raised, Kisco donated a total of $500 to the families as part of the Kisco Cares program, the company-wide program that identifies and nurtures charitable causes consistent with Kisco’s values.

Emerald Court Executive Director Carole Bush says, “Emerald Court takes its role as an involved neighbor within the community very seriously, and the Holiday Adopt-a-Family Project allows us to make a direct impact in the lives of our neighbors who truly need it.”

Supporting the Holiday Adopt-a-Family Project is part of Emerald Court’s ongoing community initiatives.
