Randall Lonoza
National Director of Culinary ServicesRandall Lonoza leads the overall vision for dining and culinary operations for all Kisco communities. In this role, he develops culinary standards of excellence through innovation balanced by optimization. He is passionate about engaging associates and residents around the creation of good food and memorable dining experiences.
Mr. Lonoza holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Management. He has over 17 years of hospitality experience. Before entering the senior living industry his background includes fine dining, catering and national restaurant settings. Randall has helped in building multiple dining programs for some of the largest senior living companies leading to him joining Kisco.
