Rich McGonnigal provides sales and marketing leadership and support for on-site staff, in addition to being responsible for implementing strategies that drive revenue for target communities and the broader sales organization. In his role, Rich oversees revenue management and dynamic pricing within the portfolio, striving to exceed revenue targets and drive profitability.

Rich joins Kisco with over 18 years of high-end hospitality experience in sales, marketing, public relations, and revenue management spanning across multiple luxury and lifestyle hotels and resorts across the country. He has held key leadership positions, enjoying careers with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, and Wyndham Vacation Resorts. Rich is an alumnus of Coastal Carolina University in Conway, SC where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
