Wellness Calendar

Whether you're looking to enjoy the great outdoors or take classes to learn a new skill, Cypress Court has it all. We offer a wide selection of daily programs such as chair yoga, balance classes, balloon volleyball, exercise classes, Wii Bowling and educational lectures. It won't be hard to find something that is of personal interest. The hardest part for residents is deciding which fun activity to pick!

With a number of wellness programs available, residents of all fitness levels will find a renewed energy level and sense of strength. But the wellness program isn't just about physicality. We also work to make sure our resident's emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, and vocational needs are taken care of. These classes are a great way for residents to get to know their community and create a sense of camaraderie.

National Assisted Living Week®: Sunday, September 8 - Saturday, September 14

We celebrate the countless ways in which Assisted Living caregivers nurture the whole resident and how your small, everyday interactions with residents can deliver a high quality, person-centered approach to care. We rejoice with residents who continue to seize the day and realize their dreams.

Family Fun Day: Sunday, September 15 | 11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Join us to celebrate Grandparent's Day for our carnival style Family Fun Day. We will have a bounce house and a dunk-tank to raise money for the Employee Appreciation Fund. Enjoy a juicy hot dog and carnival favorites such as popcorn, churros, and cotton candy. We look forward to seeing all of our families for a fun-filled afternoon. Hope you can join us!

Active Aging Week: Tuesday, October 1 - Monday, October 7
