Proven Leadership

Alphonso Westley,
General Manager

Before joining Kisco in November 2023, Alphonso spent 15 years serving older adults and their families in a variety of operational roles, including Regional Director of Operations for a large senior living operator in Northern Virginia. He also brings valuable experience from Partners Healthcare in Massachusetts, where he focused on patient care, quality, and performance improvement.

With a Master’s in Healthcare Management from Cambridge College and a Bachelor’s in Urban Affairs from Boston University, Alphonso leads The Fitzgerald with vision, compassion, and a commitment to redefining what it means to age gracefully.
