Originally from Redding, California, Tess received her BA in Communications and Public Relations from Cal State Dominquez Hills in 2013. After graduating, she found her first job working with seniors and 11 years later she is more passionate than ever to serve seniors. She started out as an activities assistant and quickly moved up and into sales. She says “The best part about my job is helping families get through this emotional experience. The meaning of my job is bigger than sales because of the impact you have on families. You become part of their family”. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, jogging and will be even more busy welcoming her first child in August 2024.
