My name is Louise and my husband’s name is Pat. Pat has been in rehab since the last week of February, so I’ve been here at The Fountains alone since then. Had I been in any other facility, I think I would be a disaster by now! But here at The Fountains, I feel like part of a family!
I want to commend and thank each one who has worked so hard to keep all the residents happy. You have worked diligently to keep us entertained! You have gotten professional people to walk around the building to entertain us, set up games in the hallway, given us all kinds of puzzles, made up game sheets to fill out to compete with others, book, coloring kits, and tried to get us involved in all sorts of activities while following the rules and guidelines and avoiding the Coronavirus. You’ve done a great job because so far, no one has it!
As difficult as it must have been, you served everyone 3 great meals per day, sorted and distributed our mail and also took our temperature! All our laundry has always been done for us every week.
You seem to anticipate our every need and figure out a way to achieve it!! Everyone who works here always has a smile on their face and are so very friendly, you can’t help but love them! There are a lot of happy people here and that’s because of how you treat them.
Hopefully this coronavirus quarantine will be over soon! I am so looking forward to being free to go see my husband, family and friends and do the kinds of things I have always done! But I’ll still be living at The Fountains!! Many thanks to all of you!!!!
Sincerely,
Louise
