Each resident or family review qualifies for 1 raffle ticket- there is not cap on how many raffle tickets you can get. Tickets are good all year! I will be pulling Q2 winner the end of next month!
COVID Testing Protocol Change
Due to our community’s high vaccination rate, and the county positivity percentage being under 5%, we are now switching our COVID testing to once every other week. Residents and associates will test every other Thursday, but we will still accommodate family testing weekly on Tuesday or Thursday.

Photo Search
We are continuing the search for photos of residents during your younger days! Please send me a digital photo of your loved one from their young adult years so we can display it on our photo wall.
In addition, we are looking for Veteran Photos of those residents who have served in the armed forces. Please send me a copy of the photo or text a clear picture with your phone and email at 720-320-2387 or candise.romero@kiscosl.com. If you don’t have these photos but know where I can help a resident find it in their apartment, please let me know.
Maintenance and Housekeeping Update From Josh
We have been working on replacing our phone lines this week for the entire first and second floor of Assisted Living. We are expected to have all lines repairs by the end of this Saturday, May 29th. If anyone continues to have static or any other trouble with their lines, please reach out to the front desk or myself, and we will do our best to correct it immediately.
On Tuesday, June 1st, we will be shutting off all hot and cold water for the community at 7:00 PM. We are expecting to have all of the water back on roughly between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM. We are having issues with several of our independent shut off valves, which should normally allow us to shut off water in isolated areas. Since some of the independent shut off valves are failing, we have no choice but to shut down all of the water. I will be here during the entire process to ensure all of our residents are being taken care of during this time. We will have extra drinking water on available as well as water to refill toilet tanks if needed. We are handing out notices to all of our residents today to inform them about the water shut off on Tuesday. We have alerted all of our staff about this work as well to ensure they are prepared to help our residents. If anyone has any questions or concerns, please feel free to email me or reach out to the front desk at any time.

Orange County has an 1.0% positivity rate which is down from last week, and we remained in the yellow tier which is the “minimal risk level” – this is the least restrictive tier.
