New Year, New Benefits

At Kisco, we recognize the importance of your hard work, dedication and commitment. Part of retaining top talent is to reward your hard-earned efforts with new and enhanced benefits coming to you in 2022.

We are proud to announce the roll out of additional associate benefits that will enhance our existing competitive benefits package, available to full-time associates, starting January 1st, 2022.

New Tenure Pay for All Associates

We are taking a new approach to rewarding tenure by replacing the existing “Service Awards” and will now offer significantly more financial rewards based on associate tenure. We want to reward your commitment to Kisco!

Enhanced Sick Leave Policy

All full-time associates will now be eligible for up to 40 hours of paid sick time per year and they can carry over up to 24 hours into the following year.

New Parental Leave

Our new company-funded parental leave is in addition to any applicable state coverage available for parents following the birth of a child or placement in connection with adoption or foster care.

Comprehensive Relocation Policy

Our new structured policy will provide financial assistance for new hires that relocate, as well as internal candidates that move for a role within the company.

Name Badges Displaying Associate Tenure

Your tenure is something to be proud of! We will now be displaying your years of service on your name badge to wear proudly.

Extended Sabbatical Leave

All Executive Directors, Community Management Team members and Home Office associates are now eligible for a fully paid, 4-week sabbatical leave.
