Dear Residents, Families and Associates of BridgePoint at Los Altos:
For the past two weeks, we have had zero cases in both the resident and associate pools. One outside agency worker tested positive on January 28th. They will not return until cleared by a physician. Residents who the worker provided services to were tested. We expect to see results in the next 24-48 hours.
Our next vaccine clinic will be Tuesday, February 9th. As we get closer to this date, we will send out further communication.
This week the community was full of new and exciting events!
On Wednesday, our residents were treated to Indian cuisine! This was definitely a first for many of our residents and associates. Though reviews were mixed among residents, it was wonderful to experience something different on the menu! Please don’t hesitate to provide our Dining Director, Tom Collins, your feedback! He would love to hear how he and his team can improve your dining experience at Bridgepoint.
The following day, we hosted a Red Carpet Happy Hour with glitz and glam. This was followed by a special showing of Casablanca. From Moroccan Mojitos to movie theater popcorn, the Bistro turned into a Hollywood movie premier.
This week Bridgepoint made the news following our first vaccine clinic. Resident, Paul Pinsky is pictured receiving the vaccine and fellow resident Anita Holzberg was interviewed! The article was shared with all residents. Families may read the article here:
If you haven’t already, please be sure to give a warm Bridgepoint welcome to our newest resident, Bill Furnell! Bill is a former actor and writer and has even spent time working in the radio industry.
Welcome to the BridgePoint family, Bill!
