Jeff Kelley | Director of Dining Services, La Posada
Jeff attended the Disney Culinary Academy for his formal culinary and chef training, working at Walt Disney World for eight years. Jeff continued his culinary development at the prestigious Breakers Hotel and Resort in Palm Beach, Florida, proudly opening a flagship restaurant featured in Esquire Magazine’s “Top 10 New Restaurants in America.”
He first joined the senior living industry in 2002. Jeff was responsible for dining service operations for 43 communities nationally in addition to developing The Culinary School of Dining and Hospitality for Senior Lifestyle; assisting in course development, instruction and oversight.
Jeff has a passion for quality dining and hospitality, innovative recipes and a strong commitment to make the dining program one of the key benchmarks for resident and guest satisfaction. His leadership style engages the staff and brings a sense of excitement and commitment to those who work with him and his team at La Posada.
