Our focus is on our residents. All that we do at Park Terrace is about our residents. The Executive Director meets with the resident committee each week and twice monthly with all residents to talk about hot topics and inform everyone on the happenings in and around the community. We have a resident committee that discusses food with our chef on a regular basis in addition to a committee that talks about the way they would like to see their home decorated for the holidays with our Activity Director.
The key to our success is our staff. We believe in bringing in the right people, those that have a passion to serve residents with compassion and dignity. We provide extensive training and education prior to associates beginning and continue with ongoing training and education. Many residents take advantage of the award-winning, master-planned community of Rancho Santa Margarita, with plenty to do nearby. Next door, a wonderful amphitheater hosts musical events during the summer. Within walking distance, you will find a library, restaurants, Trader Joe’s, and other shops, services and medical centers including Mission & Saddleback Hospitals. Should you not choose to walk, our drivers will provide transportation to these destinations.
Additionally, our Concierge is ready to assist you 24 hours a day with any information about our many activities and programs as well signing you up for outings and events.
