Hello! I can't thank you all enough. My mom has been doom and gloom all week, convinced I'm sending her to a dungeon and I was dreading the visit today. But you all completely turned it around. Tamara got her to laugh and smile, and the young woman, (i think she was the resident director?) served her a glass of wine. Then the head of housekeeping just sat down for a chat.
When we were driving away, I knew better than to say anything and there was a long silence and then she said, "well...I don't think you could have found a nicer place." I was shocked. You all really turned it around. I can't thank you enough. Let me know if we need to do anything else, but this exceeded my expectations. You all clearly know what you are doing.
